The fully automatic paint spraying system consists of five parts: spraying room

The fully automatic paint spraying system consists of five parts: spraying room, automatic spraying system, paint mixing room, electrical control room, and automatic cleaning system. The spraying parameters are set on the touch screen, and the spraying height, width, and angle are adjusted according to the size and thickness of the workpiece. The PLC system is used to control the spraying amount and speed. The spraying room mainly consists of a room body, air supply system, exhaust system, exhaust gas treatment system, lighting system, combustible gas detection and alarm device, video monitoring device, electrostatic discharge device, electrical control system, etc.
The automatic spraying room adopts an upward air supply and downward suction method, and the indoor airflow is in a slightly negative pressure state to prevent exhaust gas from overflowing. The top of the spraying room supplies fresh air that has undergone dust removal and filtration to the indoor environment. The fresh air sent from the supply fan is filtered by a medium efficiency filter before entering the mixing chamber at the top of the spraying room. After passing through uniform flow and efficient filtration in the mixing chamber, it enters the spraying room. The explosion-proof centrifugal fan is used for ventilation to extract the air containing paint mist from the bottom. The sprayed paint mist is first filtered by filter cotton along with the airflow, then processed by photocatalytic equipment, and finally adsorbed by activated carbon to meet the emission standards.
The automatic spraying chamber is composed of a framework, wall panels, top level flow equalization and filtration device, main door and safety door, lighting device and observation window, floor (or grille), etc. The room should be aesthetically pleasing and durable as a whole, with strength, stiffness, stability, insulation, sealing, impact resistance, and seismic resistance meeting national or industry standards. There is an automatic door in the width direction of the chamber, which automatically opens when the parts enter and exit, and closes tightly during spraying to ensure that the parts are in a sealed environment in the spraying chamber. The size of the gate should meet the size requirements φ 1200mm parts in and out. The door should be interlocked with the spraying system. The door cannot be manually opened during automatic spraying, and the automatic spraying action cannot be started when the door is opened.
Install a safety door on one side of the length direction of the room and rotate it 90 ° outward to open. Install explosion-proof emergency lights above the indoor safety door. In case of emergency situations such as power outage or malfunction in the paint room, the lighting of the emergency lights enables operators to quickly evacuate through the safety door. Explosion relief holes (facing away from the channel and operating area) are installed on the chamber body. When the indoor pressure exceeds the limit, the explosion relief holes can automatically open to relieve pressure, ensuring the safety of the chamber structure.
