The robot is a 6-axis automatic painting robot widely used in the spraying and spraying work of electric vehicle casings, carriages, wooden products, metal parts, plastic parts, and other fields. This spraying system is designed for the spraying robot project of Rongde Robotics Company, which uses robots to achieve automated spraying. The system mainly includes the following equipment:

Spraying robot
The automatic spraying system is activated, and the material is manually loaded onto the conveyor chain in the loading and unloading area. The workpiece arrives at the entrance of the spraying room along the conveyor line, and the manual operator selects the robot spraying program number on the HMI at the entrance of the spraying room. The workpiece enters the spraying area along the conveyor line, and one side of the robot follows the workpiece online for spraying. The workpiece follows the conveyor line to the spraying area on the other side, and the robot on the other side tracks and sprays the workpiece online. After the spraying is completed, the workpiece exits the spraying area along the conveyor line. The spraying system repeats the cycle in sequence.
It should be noted that the distance between the left and right workpieces is greater than 2100mm, and the repeated positioning accuracy of the suspended workpiece is not more than ± 10mm. The transformation of the conveyor line requires a constant operating speed without vibration or pulse. The working nature of the conveyor line is automatic chain hanging line. The conveyor and robot need to be connected with relevant signals (workpiece positioning signal, robot spraying completion signal, conveyor line speed feedback signal, emergency stop signal communication, conveyor line start and stop signal, etc.). The programming methods are point-to-point programming and offline programming.
The automatic spraying area of the spray room robot is equipped with safety protection and door magnetic switch safety interlock devices to prevent accidental entry of personnel in the automatic spraying area and accidental opening of guardrail protection.
