The current problems of the old spraying production line:
1. Automatic feeding adsorbs multiple substrates at once, and the substrate cannot be adsorbed or dropped midway. Instability needs to be improved.
2. The original dust removal method cannot meet the cleanliness requirements of the board surface.
3. After spraying with existing spraying machines, residual coating liquid is difficult to clean up, and the cleanliness inside the spraying machine cannot be controlled.
4. Currently, the self leveling area of the spraying line is too short
5. The heating temperature of the old spraying line drying method is uneven, and the product has appearance defects after baking.
6. The front-end equipment of the spraying line is linked with the spraying machine, and there are issues such as deviation during substrate transportation and inaccurate substrate positioning that need to be improved.
Process requirements for building a new spraying production line:
1. Automatic feeding: 100% successful single piece feeding;
2. Automatic film tearing: 100% successful film tearing;
3. Dust removal: The removal rate of impurities above 1um is greater than 95%
4. Leveling area: Add 2-3 meters of leveling area, which is a closed environment;
4. Transmission: Accurate positioning, no deviation during substrate transmission, and the linkage between the front equipment of the spraying machine and the spraying machine is working normally;
5. Junhua: Temperature requirement: 80-120 ℃, time: 3-5 minutes; Temperature fluctuation range: within 5 ℃.
