    Working Principle

    Paint supply and preparation
    The paint-spraying machine delivers paint to the spray gun through a paint pump or spray can. Depending on the type of equipment, the paint may need to be diluted to ensure the best spraying effect.

    Airflow or pressure spraying
    During the spraying process, compressed air or mechanical pressure atomizes the paint into fine particles through the nozzle. The speed and pressure of the airflow affect the atomization effect and the uniformity of the coating, ensuring that the paint covers every surface.

    Electrostatic spraying (optional)
