    Comprehensive Spray Painting Production Solutions

    Structural Composition:
    The CE-certified coating production line is an efficient and automated production system, usually composed of multiple functional modules that cooperate. Each module undertakes different tasks to ensure that the coating process is efficient and stable. The following are its five main structural components:

    Pretreatment system
    The pretreatment system is the first process of coating production, which is mainly responsible for cleaning the surface of the workpiece. Impurities such as oil, rust, and dust are removed by sandblasting, pickling, phosphating, etc., providing a clean base for subsequent coating and ensuring that the paint can better adhere to the surface of the workpiece.

    Spraying system
    The spraying system is the core part of the coating production line, responsible for spraying the paint evenly on the workpiece. The spraying system usually includes a manual spray gun, an automatic spraying robot and an electrostatic spraying device. It can accurately control the thickness and uniformity of the paint and ensure that the coating effect meets the requirements.

    Drying/curing system
    The workpiece after spraying needs to go through a drying or curing system to ensure that the coating can dry or cure quickly. Common drying methods include hot air drying, infrared heating or ultraviolet curing. This process can accelerate the drying time of the paint and ensure the durability and quality of the coating.

    Conveying system
    The conveying system is responsible for transferring workpieces from one process to the next, ensuring the smooth operation of the production line. Common conveying methods include chains, rollers, or automatic conveyor belts, which can automatically and efficiently move workpieces to various processing positions.

    Quality inspection system
    The quality inspection system is used to monitor the coating quality in real-time during the production line process. The system usually includes visual inspection, thickness inspection, and other equipment, which can detect the uniformity, adhesion, and coating effect of the coating to ensure that each workpiece meets the product standards.
