1. Application scope:
It is suitable for products with high requirements on the coating environment. It can reduce the impact of external dust or temperature and humidity environment on product quality through high-standard environments, such as dust-free spraying workshops, constant temperature and humidity, etc.
2. Process flow:
Loading → Automatic dust removal → Preheating → Automatic spraying of side A → Surface drying → Drying → Water cooling → Semi-automatic flipping → Automatic dust removal → Preheating → Automatic spraying of side B → Surface drying → Drying → Water cooling → Unloading
3. Technical features:
Energy saving: The spraying equipment is modularly designed, and the spraying area, preheating area, surface drying area, and drying area are blocked by multiple sets of high-reliability gates, reducing heat loss during 24-hour continuous production.
Digitalization: Adopting a stable paint supply system, the spray gun oil quantity, atomization and fan shape are set with high precision digitalization.
High precision: The spraying robot with high repeatability can control the coating thickness tolerance within ±5μm, with stable quality and greatly improved product qualification rate.
Consistent quality: The specially designed furnace air conveying system can control the temperature difference in the furnace within ±5℃, and the product quality is highly consistent.
